What is your return and cancellation policy on custom orders?

We have a strict NO RETURN policy on all custom orders. When approving your digital proofs, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of your order. This is a non-verbal agreement that you are happy and ready to bring your order into immediate production. We ONLY accept cancellations on orders if they are processed before production has started. You will still incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your order, and will be automatically billed for your cancellation.

Physical Samples

If you are not confident in signing off on a 'Digital Proof' we can offer you a 'Physical Sample' for $60.00 (jersey) and/or $80.00 (hooded sweatshirt). Requiring a physical sample will extend your turnaround time from 1-2 weeks or until you have approved the sample for production.

Before initiating a full refund, we will work with you to fix the issue and get you exactly what you initially ordered. Most production reruns can take anywhere from 7-14 days depending on the size and complexity of your order. We take full responsibility on any reruns if we had deemed our production facility or designers were at fault between the proof approval and the final production outcome.

Examples Deemed Necessary for Reprint

The following are subject to correction only after your final roster and digital and/or physical proofs have been approved.

- Incorrect spelling of names, quotes, or wording.
- Missing logos, badges, emblems or branding designs.
- Incorrect template or custom design.
- Manufacturing of wrong collar or sleeve choice.

- Your material selection came out incorrectly.

- Overall color scheme is vastly different then proof approval.

Disclaimer: We cannot approve refunds/reprints on all color discrepancies. Our facilities require equipment that use the standard CMYK color palette, not RGB. When sending in logos/branding please make sure all logos were produced in this color profile to insure colors print in the correct tone and grade. If your color schemes, and logo colors are extremely important to your order please send 'Pantone Color Codes' for each color you want matched.

Each computer screen is different and can show colors in a different tone/grade. Digital proofs created at our facilities could potentially show up different on your screen(s). Therefore, we highly recommend you send all specific 'Pantone Color Codes' to our designers to match correctly. We urge customers to purchase physical samples prior to their needed in-hand dates to insure your order comes out exactly how you imagined within your timeframe.

If approved by management - any and all refunds will take 15-30 days to process depending on your payment method, size of order and seasonal timing.

Are the available stock templates fully customizable?

We currently have 25 stock templates to choose from. Every template except for 'Busy Fishskin' can all be retrofitted to your needs. Anything from colors, patterns, shapes, and images can all be altered, removed, or embellished per your order requirements.

Please note: If your requests are highly detailed - turnaround times for digital proofs may increase along with incurring additional design fees depending on the severity of the changes.

When will I receive my digital and/or physical proof?

All orders must be paid in full before digital proofs can be submitted to any customer. This protects our work from being stolen prior to production.

Digital proofs typically take 24-48 hours to generate until you receive them via your personal email.

Physical samples typically take 10-14 days to be produced and delivered.

What type of files do you require to keep quality high and production as fast as possible?

When sending in your artwork, logos, branding files we highly recommend sending the following file formats to speed up your design and production processes.

(.EPS) - Encapsulated Postscript Vector Graphic

NOT ALLOWED FORMATS

(.JPG) - Compressed Image/ Low Resolution

(.GIF) - Graphic Interchange Format/ Low Resolution

NOTE: If you do not send the accepted file formats your digital proofs and production times may become delayed until the correct files are received. If you cannot acquire or find these specific file formats from the original source, team management, or personal graphic designer our team has the ability to VECTORIZE your images under our Design Service Policies. You will incur a $35/hour design fee, or no more then $100 per image. You will not be charge until we have confirmed these needed services with you personally.

Is Arsenal Customs affiliated with Arsenal Fishing?

Yes, Arsenal Customs is a sister-brand to Arsenal Fishing (www.arsenalfishing.com). Due to the increase in requests for custom tournament jerseys and apparel - we decided to branch off and help customers obtain their custom needs for themselves, clubs, teams, and organizations.

What is the dye sublimation process?

Dye sublimation is the process of turning a water-based dye ink into a gas that bonds with polyester fabric or other polymers. It dyes the polymer molecule, resulting in a vibrant graphic that never washes off. This is done with the aid of transfer paper and a heat press. You will never have to worry about logos/graphics peeling, cracking or fading out over time.

Is it possible to add-on to my team order after the initial order has been completed?

Absolutely. If you decide to add extra pieces after your initial order has been processed, we will grant you the same price you received in your order. Please note, the turnaround time and delivery will vary depending on when you added to your order. Add-ons that keep the same price are only available within 60 days of the first order. After this grace period - prices will reflect based on the current yearly rates.

What are your current and average turnaround times?

Our turnaround times depends on your order. Each order has many variables from: size of order, complexity of design, special requests and time of season. Each of these determines how long it will take to design - sample - produce - deliver so we can provide you with the highest quality of customer service and dedication to your custom order.

Low Season (July thru December)

10-20 business day turnaround time.
High Season (January thru June)

14-30 business day turnaround time.

If you are local, you have the option of picking up your order to decrease delivery time, and reduce your invoice. Otherwise we will ship your order (2-4) day Priority via USPS Mail Services.

Can I get a 100% authentic custom design that is not listed in your stock templates?

Yes you can! We understand the need that some clients want to be 100% unique in the branding and marketability of their team/organization. We provide custom design services for anyone that has 'Special Requests' that are not available through our stock catalog.

We will provide up to 45 minutes of FREE custom design services to any client that requests special attention. Any additional time needed to complete your request will incur a $35 per hour design service charge that will not exceed $150.

Any custom designs purchased at the rate above will be owned by Arsenal Customs, but will not be released to the public for one year. If you would like to secure and protect the use of your custom template from other customers, we will gladly send all original files to you and forbid any new clients the use of your custom design for an additional $150.00

Is the ‘Arsenal Customs’ logo on every garment purchased? Can we receive the order without this logo/branding?

All custom tournament jerseys ordered from Arsenal Customs starting in 2020 will be branded with our logo either inside the neck line, on the back of the neck line, or in the lower corner on the front of your selected garment. All hooded sweatshirts will also be branded with a high-quality rubber patch insignia on the lower corner of the front pouch pocket, or the bottom corner on the back near the waist band.

If you wish to receive your order without our logo, there is a $2.50 per piece fee to remove all 'Arsenal Customs' labeling.

We do not offer discounts to add our logos (Arsenal Fishing or Arsenal Customs) to your team/club/organization or individual orders. If you would like us to add these logos - we will do so free of charge.

How are your prices so much lower than your competitors?

Over the years as the fishing industry and outdoor enthusiasts sports increased with participation, so did the demand for custom performance gear and apparel. With over 30 years experience in textile manufacturing, pattern design, and dedicated graphic design services we were able to provide quality performance wear at an affordable price, without breaking the bank like the majority of our competitors.

Our relationship with our off-site factories and textile manufacturers over the years have blessed us with the choice of a selection of materials and top notch craftsmanship services. Team wear and tournament fishing jerseys are considered a recycled garment; meaning they typically get a one-year usage until said team, or individual needs a new order based on the seasons, new sponsorships, or just a change of pace. We understand this need, and make your custom ordering experience as affordable as possible.

What exactly is the Champions Discount?

Any individual, team, club or organization that orders from Arsenal Customs and proves they won any of their local Championships while wearing your custom order will receive 15% OFF on all upcoming orders the following year.

Acceptable Championships will be any Pro Series, Highschool, and College Championships - or any local tournament trails exceeding 100 contestants.
